Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (hereafter referred to as “ADAMH Board”, the “Board” or “ADAMH”) is soliciting written proposals for facility management/coordination services at ADAMH’s administrative office, located at 447 East Broad Street, Columbus OH 43215. The selected Contractor will provide one dedicated individual (the “Facility Coordinator”) at ADAMH’s administrative office every scheduled workday (Monday through Friday), excluding the following observed holidays: • New Year’s Day • Martin Luther King Jr. Day • Memorial Day • Juneteenth • Independence Day • Labor Day • Indigenous Peoples Day • Veterans Day • Thanksgiving Day • Friday after Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day
