Remove and dispose all landscaping, weeds, honeysuckles, dead trees, stumps & ivy in the yard and on the home Remove and dispose all vegetation from fences and spray fence line with weed killer Remove and dispose all pavers and gravel Remove and dispose all items left in yard by previous residents Remove and dispose of shed and all contents Remove and dispose of steel pole at rear of home and patch roof to prevent water intrusion to the interior of the home Remove and dispose of metal awning over rear concrete patio. Take care not to damage home Place 2" of topsoil in damaged area of yard and then seed and straw Remove and dispose of chimney, fireplace & all components within the heating system. Patch roof to prevent any water intrusion to the interior of the home. Properly terminate any electrical components. Remove and dispose all bookshelves, panelling and wall studs back to drywall
