To purchase services to RECONDITION FLUORIDE CHEMICAL CONTAINMENT FLOOR AND COATING at the Parsons Avenue Water Plant (PAWP) located at 5600 Parsons Avenue, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137. 1) Clean and prep floor area, approx. 23' x 20', per coating MFG recommendation. 2) Ensure that all dust is collected and process equipment is not affected. 3) Prep piping & fixture bases, remove anchors, patch and seal floor defects. 4) Provide "greenstone polymer systems' 332 CR mortar, 5 patch kits. 5) Provide 'greenstone polymer systems' 100 CR epoxy coating, 9-gallon kits. 6) Provide 30m natural aggregate, as needed. 7) Patch repair floor defects & apply prime coating to floor area, under bases, & turn-up wall & edges. 8) Apply 'vail' coating to entire floor area, per MFG recommendations. 9) Replace up to (10) metal pipe stands with PVC SCH 80 and flanges.
