The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Office of Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) is seeking the services of a qualified data services vendor (hereby known as the Proposer) to provide the following three (3) distinct Data Services for the State of Ohio: Real-Time speed data, Historical speed data , and Analytics Tools.
