Service tag # 94G6382;94G5382;94D9382;94F4382;94F6382;94F7382;94F5382;94DB382 The hardware maintenance cost is to include all costs associated with the onsite service/labor, travel expenses and parts for the term of the contract. The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician for the units according to the manufactures suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment. A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. Technician shall be on-site if necessary, within 4 hours of the initial request. All shipping and handling shall be included in total bid amount. DELIVERY: Bid shall include cost of required F.O.B. inside delivery, prepaid and allowed.
