It is the intent of the Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court to obtain bids to establish a purchase order for maintenance on a Amrotec X-1000 Currency Discriminator for use in the Accounting/Finance Division, 375 South High Street, 2nd Floor Columbus, Ohio 43215. Serial Number: 900844 The term of this Contract shall be from 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2026. This Contract shall not automatically renew. The repair or maintenance is to include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, parts and supplies etc..., for the term of the contract. Two (2) Preventive Maintenance’s should be scheduled and preformed biannually. The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician. A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. Technician shall be on-site within 4 business hours of the initial request.
