The City of Shaker Heights is soliciting proposals from professionally qualified individuals or companies to prepare the National Register of Historic Places Nomination Form for the property, including: 1. Research, analyze, and compile all information, photographs, maps, and other materials necessary to complete the National Register of Historic Places nomination to meet the standards, policies, and procedures established by the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior. 2. Prepare a completed National Register of Historic Places Nomination Form for the LeeScottsdale Building in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Evaluation, Ohio Historic Preservation Office requirements, and the National Register of Historic Places Nomination and Submittal. 3. Submit the completed form and documentation to the City of Shaker Heights and to SHPO. 4. Present the nomination to the Ohio Historic Site Preservation Advisory Board. 5. Prepare and submit any revisions to the registration form or accompanying materials that may be required by the State Historic Preservation Office or National Park Service.
