To provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform tree maintenance in the City of Upper Arlington, Ohio as specified herein. Since the work is of a potentially dangerous nature and requires specialized expertise, it is to be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from arboricultural work, and whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of tree maintenance and removal work, including work around utility lines. Work performance history and references may be required by the City. Work limited to trees located on all public rights-of-way in the City of Upper Arlington. Work may also include occasional work on trees growing on other public properties in the City such as Parks, or on privately owned trees growing over or interfering with the safe use of public land.
