The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Parks and Watercraft (DNR) will be provided lodging for a number of ODNR Staff who will be participating in the 2025 Ohio State Fair. The lodging dates will be staggered throughout the fair dates from Wednesday, July 23, 2025 through Sunday, August 3, 2025. As Staff tend to come from across the State of Ohio, it is necessary that they are provided lodging with reasonable accommodations throughout the course of the Ohio State Fair. As the schedules of the Staff can periodically change, the lodging timeframe and duration is also subject to change, and therefore we are seeking a fair amount of flexibility with potential room changes and/or cancellations. Ultimately, we are seeking a Hotel Lodging partner that can demonstrate adequate accommodations for approximately 10 rooms during a two (2) week period that also allows for flexibility with room additions and/or deletions. We want to ensure that our Staff are comfortable and secure as they provide services for the 2025 Fair.
