Qualified painters may be asked to perform, but are not limited to, the following services: • Interior and exterior painting of municipal buildings • Surface preparation, priming, and finishing • Pressure washing and surface cleaning • Graffiti removal and repainting • Application of specialized coatings (e.g., anti-slip, waterproofing, rust-inhibiting) • Touch-up painting and maintenance • Painting of structural steel, railings, fences, and other surfaces • Safety striping, marking, or signage painting Work sites may include: Municipal offices and administrative buildings; Police, fire, and emergency service facilities; Public parks, shelters, restrooms, and recreation centers; and Other municipal assets as needed.
