Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide pond and Fountain maintenance services for the Sunny 95 Park Pond and Fountain. Item #1 Fountain Winter Protection Program Fall Removal Pressure-Washing Visual Inspection Bench Diagnostic System Check Storage in Vendor’s Heated Facility Spring Reinstallation Item #2 Pond Maintenance Implement Best Management Strategies to create a well-balanced lake/pond ecosystem Manage filamentous algae and nuisance submersed vegetation Evaluations and/or treatments, as needed, will be made approximately every two weeks. Removal of Man-made floating and shoreline debris, up to 50lbs, general overflow maintenance, shoreline, inlet and dam inspection of fountain/aeration system (s) provided at each scheduled visit Item #3 Repair Allowance $5,500 is included in this contract for necessary repairs. Prior to any services charged to this allowance, the contractor must provide a written quote and obtain approval from the Parks and Forestry Superintendent.
