Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide program staff with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working with at-risk youth and homeless preferred • Provide programing that interacts and engages with students of various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds • Maintain a cooperative and supportive attitude and a structured environment for students • Submit daily attendance records to TPS Program Manager, Connecting Kids to Meals and keep copy for program files on site (scanned in and emailed, no photos of sign in sheet) • Provide a structured program schedule complete with lesson plans, behavior modification plan and scheduled meal times submitted in writing to Program Manager no later than 1 week before programing begins • Provide STEAM based curriculum that is fun, challenging and aligns to common core standards with measurable outcomes (K-8) • Conduct a pre and post increased knowledge assessment and submit to Program Manager quarterly • Partner with “Connecting Kids to Meals” to schedule staff training, schedule meals for program • Attend Partners with Purpose training.
