Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MetroHealth System, the public health system of Cuyahoga County, OH, seeks graphic design services for its 2016 digital annual report. All writing will be done by MetroHealth. The request is for design services with an estimated one day of photography. There are three components to the annual report: 1) the narrative digitally featuring the year’s accomplishments 2) a list, with brief descriptions, of approximately 100 community programs and projects that MetroHealth runs and participates in for the benefit of the community. In the 2015 report, this was designed with photos interspersed, and was the equivalent of 35 (8 ½” x 11”) pages. The content is supplied by MetroHealth. A link in the digital annual report leads to this content. 3) sections of the digital annual report reproduced for print. This would be an abbreviated narrative along with the description of the 100 programs and projects. The intent is that this information would create an approximately 48-page book. Writing, printing and distribution of this book will be done by MetroHealth.
