Specifications include, but are not limited to: Men’s and Women’s Restrooms: Demo rubber sheet flooring and rubber base. Polish the existing concrete surface to a finish and level matching the adjacent surface. (This must match the flooring in the visitor’s center portion of the building). Demo wall tile and replace with like for like new tile. (different color) Demo toilet partitions and install like for like partitions. (different color) Demo lighting and replace with new commercial LED fixtures. Demo countertop and sinks. Replace with new. Remove and reuse existing toilet room accessories, i.e., paper towel, toilet paper dispensers, etc. Install new hand flush commercial toilet and urinal fixtures. Paint hard lid ceiling and replace and damaged/stained ACT tile as needed. Paint door frame. Supplier is responsible for demo, haul away, site clean-ups. Supplier is responsible for getting permits for the work. Supplier is responsible to supply all materials needed for the service. Product specifications: Men’s room in 150 square feet. Women’s room is 195 square feet.
