1 Exterior Front of building Remove entire structure of the brick planter in the NW corner of the building. Remove all soils in planter and grade. 2 Exterior Landscaping From the NW corner to the entry patio, a landscape bed shall be installed. This bed will extend 4 ft. of off the building and will have at least 3 in. of slope from the buidling to the grass. 7 boxwood are to be planted from the NW corner to the entry porch. Space evenly, and do not block window. Bed will have 2 in. of black mulch over entire area. 3 HVAC Small Closet Install Santa Fe, UltraMD33 Dehumidifier, or approved equal. Small closet entry, shall be eliminted. New wall shall be contructed 1 1/2 ft off of back wall. Dehumidifier shall be recessed into the wall between two studs and flush with the drywall. Contractor responsible for placing dehumidifier so it does not conflict with existing water pipes, electric, etc. Condensate drain shall be tied into bathroom sink drain, above the trap with a branch tailpiece and secured with a worm drive hose clamp. Contractor responsible for installing new breaker and supplying electric to device. Device shall be hardwired to electric. 4 Painting Foundation walls Remove the remainder of the dry wall along the foundation to the left of the window. All exposed foundation in all rooms shall be painted with KILZ BASEMENT&MASONRY WATERPROOFER(white). 5 Framing Large closet Missing framing for closet shall be installed for drywall installation. 6 Insulation Foundation Wall Install 1 1/2" foam insulation along all foundation walls with an R value 7.5 or greater. 7 Gypsum Board, Painting Throughout Install and finish * 1/2" DensArmor Plus® Interior Panel with fiberglass facing where drywall is missing.(bathroom, closet, hall, Living room) 8 Concrete wall Throughout Sand/grind concrete walls smooth prior to painting
