Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, incidentals and supervision required in the performance of improvements, maintenance, emergency maintenance and/or repair needs to the Department’s Milestone camera system, S2 access control system, and intrusion detection systems on structures that may be required by the Ohio Department of Transportation at various locations in all counties. • Perform service, routine maintenance, repair and emergency repair, remote and onsite technical support services, and upgrades to the systems and associated components covered by this contract • Provide ongoing monitoring services (where applicable) to the systems and associated components covered by this contract • Secure, implement, and maintain required annual licensing for security cameras and access control doors by Single Source vendor ONLY • Perform on site condition assessments and inspections • Provide detailed condition assessment reports • Develop scopes of work for new devices and services to existing buildings, potential maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair and/or replacement project(s) for the systems and associated components covered by this contract
