Description

FCCS is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to implement our Stand-Alone ServiceNow instance. The selected contractor will implement ServiceNow modules for Asset, Incident, Service Request, Change, and Strategic Portfolio Management. The selected contractor will be working with the FCCS IT Department on this project. There will be 800 – 900 users of this instance, most will access this system daily including up to 35 IT fulfillers, with additional fulfillers as processes are identified such as identity management.

The selected contractor will be required to configure the instance for mobile applications.
