Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) seeks information from vendors related to a new software solution to replace their financial software system. FCCS is distributing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to enable vendors to respond to the requirements with their proposed solution to the FCCS project team.

Once submissions are reviewed, the FCCS project team will select vendors to participate in a demonstration process of your solution(s). Assuming a functional fit and upon reaching a successful contract agreement by the end of October, 2022, FCCS would like to begin implementation in November, 2022.
