** Amendment 0001 extends the closing date from 2022NOV25 to 2022DEC27 **
Under the authority of 10 U.S. Code § 4022, Authority of the Department of Defense to carry out certain prototype projects, the United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Sole Source hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to Danbury Mission Technologies, LLC (DMT), CAGE Code: 8LAC5, for the AN/VVR-4 Laser Detecting Set, Laser Diode Pulser, and support services on an other than full and open competition basis. This solicitation is intended to result in a single five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract.
The proposed contract is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, DMT.
