Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Public Relations (PR) firm will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to the following detailed responsibilities: a. Developing and implementing a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with the specific objectives of NNFRFO, taking into consideration the unique characteristics and goals of the organization. b. Managing all aspects of media relations, which involves proactively seeking press coverage opportunities, pitching compelling stories to media outlets, and effectively responding to media inquiries in a timely manner. c. Creating diverse forms of content to support NNFRFO's PR efforts, such as drafting press releases, articles, blog posts, and other relevant materials that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences. d. Handling crisis communication strategies and overseeing reputation management for NNFRFO, ensuring that the organization's image and messaging remain consistent and positive even during challenging situations. e. Managing and engaging with various social media platforms on behalf of NNFRFO, including developing content calendars, posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media performance metrics. f. Providing support and coordination for events organized by NNFRFO, which may involve assisting with event planning, promotion, and on-site management to ensure successful outcomes. g. Delivering detailed reporting and analytics on the performance of PR activities, including measuring the reach and impact of campaigns, tracking media mentions, and evaluating the effectiveness of different communication strategies.
