The Contractor shall provide unlimited enterprise access to web-based Emergency Nursing Orientation and Emergency Nursing Triage courses. The web-based courses shall be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any active internet connection through the Navy Clinical Skills On-line Learning Management System (LMS) throughout the Navy enterprise. The courses shall incorporate evidence-based practice into its curriculum, reflecting the most current standards of practice. The courses shall provide evidence-based assessment tools that, upon completion, can identify an individual’s strengths and areas needing improvement in order to tailor the orientation of experienced Emergency/Trauma nurses. The courses shall be Section 508 compliant. The courses shall address, at a minimum, the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for all age groups as outlined by the NAVMED 1500/10. The Contractor shall be an accredited provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission of Accreditation. The Contractor shall provide on-going technical support to include toll-free telephone access and support desk help through electronic mail (e-mail). The Contractor shall provide site administrator orientation/training.
