GENERAL INFORMATION:
The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) AAS Civilian Sector 1 Division 1 Contracting Office has received a request from the GSA Integrated Award environment Office to seek sources capable of furnishing the items listed below.
This NOTICE is published to determine the interest and capability of potential offerors to furnish the listed items.
It is the Government’s intention to award a fixed priced delivery order for these items. The Government contemplates the delivery date to be on or before 1 December 2024.
Release of a solicitation is tentatively planned in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2024.
This notice does not obligate the Government to solicit for this requirement or award a contract and does not obligate the Government to reimburse interested parties for any costs incurred to prepare or provide a response to this request for information.
RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE:
Firms who can fulfill this requirement and who would be interested in submitting a quote/proposal, in the event that a solicitation is issued, are requested to provide the following information in response to this request –

5. The Integrated Award Environment (IAE) is seeking to acquire a Ticketing Platform and Customer Service Automated Learning (AI) tool with these specific requirements:
- Customizability for seamless integration into SAM.gov (System for Award Management) and CMS (Content Management System).
- Compliance with GSA IT security standards and FEDRAMP approval before implementation. AMENDMENT: The system must be FEDRAMP security rated HIGH.
- Robust data analytics capability for enhancing automated customer service intents.
The tool should be adaptable, secure, and analytical to meet our evolving needs efficiently.
