Travel as required to perform research, interview facility personnel, etc. Provide the necessary specifications and obtain approval from the Amtrak Construction/Project Manager before work can begin. Verify and report work conditions of the site(s) prior to commencement of the work. Submit a Site-Specific Safety Work Plan (SSSWP) for approval. Participate and successfully complete Amtrak’s Railroad Worker Safety Course (online course at http://amtrakContractor.com). Contractor Safety badges must be worn at all times while on Amtrak-owned or leased property. Perform project management functions, including, but not limited to, conducting bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders, maintaining bi-weekly schedules, and producing submittals, progress reports, and work plans (if deemed necessary by AMTRAK.) Procure and provide for all equipment and materials delivery, storage, and handling. Complete all testing and installation, including necessary infrastructure components. Provide a warranty on installed materials for no less than two (2) years from completion as noted on Final Completion Form signed by Amtrak and the Contractor.
