The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations Forces (SOF), Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L), Directorate of Procurement, is seeking information to identify potential sources for market research purposes only.
On 01 December 2020, USSOCOM awarded Multi-Year contract (H9240821C0001) to procure TF/TA radars and is considering a follow on Multi-Year Procurement and Sustainment contract for common TF/TA radars that will provide operators with real time weather information, a ground map, and object detection and identification capabilities for use on multiple SOF aviation platforms.
This Sources Sought Notice is seeking any TF/TA radar solution currently integrated, tested, qualified, and produced with an approved Air Worthiness certification for pilotage CV-22, MC-130J, MH-60M, and MH-47G airframes.
Potential offerors are required to possess a SECRET Facility Clearance from Defense Security Service and some personnel will be required to have a SECRET clearance.
Responses shall be no longer than 5 pages in length. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this Notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Government if received within twenty (20) calendar days of this notice. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred for submissions in response to this notice.
