DLA Land - Aberdeen is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for a five-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a proposed maximum value of $ 31,500,000.00
The requirement is for the procurement of Single Battery Compartment Night Vision Viewers, NSN: 5855-01-523-4058, PART NUMBER: A3297309 designed for installation on the AN/PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Device (MNVD) to enhance warfighter operational readiness. The MNVD is a critical night vision asset utilized in low-light and nighttime operations, supporting force mobility, target acquisition, and situational awareness. The AN/PVS-14 is widely employed across U.S. Army and allied forces, playing an integral role in mission effectiveness.
The Government projects an estimated annual demand of 45,000 units in Year 1, followed by 26,000 units annually for Years 2 through 5 under this acquisition effort.
Note: The estimated annual quantity is for planning purposes only. Actual ordered quantities may be more or less than the estimated annual quantity.

The anticipated hardware shipment location is W25G1U, New Cumberland, PA. The Government’s required delivery schedule will be specified in the solicitation.
FAR Part 15 will govern this acquisition, and it will be set aside exclusively for small businesses.

Please be advised that the Government retains ownership of the Technical Data Package (TDP). To receive access to the TDP, your company must possess active registration within the Defense Logistics Agency's Joint Certification Program (JCP).
