The basis of design is to match the existing shade structures in style, color, and materials as shown in Exhibit B. The contractor shall provide engineered drawings and shop drawings for review and approval, and shall fabricate and install four complete shade structures including structural steel posts and beams, a fabric canopy matching the existing, and a powder coating or paint finish that matches the existing color. Foundations shall consist of concrete footings designed to meet wind and seismic loads, and all hardware and fasteners shall be exterior grade and corrosion resistant. Installation shall include all posts, beams, fabric or roofing, hardware, and accessories necessary to deliver a complete system.
