Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. If determined by the Manager that snow removal and Salt distribution is required, the Contractor shall provide snow and ice removal at various locations requested by the Manager in Exhibit B. These services shall include but not limited to building and parking lot perimeters, the parking lot, driveways, stairways, gateways, and the street directly in front of driveway curb-cuts; and distributing pet friendly Salt as may be necessary to ensure safe and unencumbered passage for pedestrians and vehicles, as directed by the Manager. The Contractor shall respond to notifications from the Manager for snow and ice removal, and Salt distribution, or both, within two (2) hours of notification. B. The Units Price for snow and ice removal, and Salt distribution shall be based on the number of inches of snowfall and icefall for the day as reported by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ("NOAA"). The Unit Prices shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, material, and equipment necessary for snow and ice removal, and salt distribution services.
