SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to assist in our decision-making process for a service procurement. General Requirements The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for annual police psychological assessments and initial pre-employment psychological assessments.
