Preservation and Protection (P&P) Cost Estimating Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” in conjunction with the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5 – “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

1. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615623Q00010.
2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 June 2, 2023.
3. Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is set-aside on a total small business competitive basis. The NAICS code is 518210 – “Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services” with a size standard of $40.0 million. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

5. Description of Requirements for the services being Acquired: See the Performance Work Statement.
6. Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period (09/20/2023 – 09/19/2024) with four 1-year options. The Preservation and Protection (P&P) Cost Estimating Services shall be performed at the Contractor’s site.
