Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to secure annual contract pricing for onsite and patrol security services for the Oregon Tech Portland-Metro Campus located in Wilsonville, OR. Contractor shall provide onsite security staffing during the evening hours of 2:30pm – 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday; and 10:30 am – 6:30 pm on Saturdays during the school term*. Hours and days of service vary during breaks and holidays. Contractor shall also provide vehicle patrol services, including a foot/hard check of the building exterior at least twice nightly between the hours the building closes and reopens the next day. Vehicles shall be equipped with a global positioning system device (for which data is retained for at least 90 days); a video camera that records the scene within the vehicle (for which video recording is retained for at least 90 days); or a dispatch system (for which a record of calls is maintained for at least 90 days), and outfitted in compliance with Kaylee’s law. No employee of the Contractor will be allowed on Oregon Tech properties out of uniform or without an ID badge. Uniforms must be in compliance with Kaylee’s Law. Contractor’s employees are required to complete a nationwide criminal records check in compliance with Kaylee’s Law. Contractor shall provide daily activity reports (DARs) that will be emailed at a minimum once per week. Safety and security concerns and incident reports will be generated and emailed daily. Contractor shall provide employees training on Title IX, FERPA (Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act), bloodborne pathogens and Globally Harmonized System (GHS). Contractor shall provide services in compliance with Kaylee’s Law, FERPA (Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act), and all related federal, state and local statutes and laws, as well as Oregon Tech policies and procedures.
