(Owner), for the new Historic Gallatin School Living Centre Preservation – Phase 2, Uniontown, PA 15401, according to the drawings and specifications dated 31 July 2025 prepared by the Architect, lee CALISTI architecture+design and the Owner's Civil Engineering Consultant's Harshman CE Group LLC until 3:00 PM, August 21, 2025. All bids will be reviewed by 4:00 PM, at 20 North Gallatin Ave, Suite 216, Uniontown, pa. 15401 Faxed, emailed, or hand delivered bids will not be accepted. This service will be funded through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). Key Compliance Guidelines for RACP will be included in the contract documents. Phase 2A: The contract includes all site work, paving, walks, and landscaping. Minor interior drywall, painting, and electrical work for lighting is included. It also consists of all work outside the property lines necessary to complete the landscaping and sidewalk paving. The G.C. shall be careful not to harm any neighboring property and clean up any dirt that may go offsite or onto a neighbor's or City property.
