Specifications include, but are not limited to: Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services is requesting a vendor to provide the following indoor and outdoor services at our residential and outpatient treatment centers in Arizona and New Mexico: • Provide pest extermination and control services on a monthly basis • Provide rodent extermination and control services on a monthly basis • Provide pest removal and control services on a monthly basis Vendor shall provide described services for a period of five (5) years from the notice to proceed date. Quotations should reflect this information. Pests can included but not limited to crawling insects, spiders, flying insects, mice, snakes, lizards, etc. One vendor can provide all services or a joint venture is acceptable by two organizations to provide all services requested.
