The purpose of this requirement is to secure services of a contractor to assume the current hotline numbers and maintain a National Call Center and Sexual Abuse Hotline to provide child welfare community-based referrals, post release service referrals, crisis intervention, and safety planning to eligible Unaccompanied Children (UC) and children formerly in an ORR care provider. The contractor will also create a separate Information and Services Referral Hotline for individuals eligible for refugee benefits and services. Many of the tasks and requirements outlined for the National Call Center and Sexual Abuse Hotline may also be required for the Information and Services Referral Hotline.
