The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in support of the Offices of National Geospatial-Intelligence College (NGC) and Workforce & Management Services (HDC) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could:
a. Provide training suitable for federal employees in the Intelligence Community (IC) to support the NGA Retirement Planning Program (RPP) and the Career Transition Program (CTP). Specifically, this training shall include three seminars: a retirement planning seminar (Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) or Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS)) for employees within 3-5 years of their retirement date; a retirement planning seminar for employees at the mid-point of their careers (within 10-15 years of reaching retirement eligibility); and a career transition seminar for employees at the end of their career (within six (6) months of retirement).
b. Provide training in a virtual (online) learning format that supports such instruction, has audio dial in capabilities and enables screen sharing such as Adobe Connect or Microsoft Teams.
c. In the base and each option year, provide not less than six (6) Retirement Planning Seminar sessions, six (6) Mid-Career Retirement Seminar Sessions, and four (4) Career Transition Seminar Sessions.
