The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Richmond issues this Sources Sought for the addition of 35 NSNs identified as sole source via modification. This agency proposes adding 35 items to the existing TF33 Pacer Phoenix Contract. These will be added to the contract SPE4AX-24-D-9000, awarded to Pratt and Whitney/CAGE 52661 in accordance with the originally approved J&A. However, the NSNs identified here were not included in the list of original items synopsized for this effort. The contract has 8 1/2 potential years remaining. This contract requires supply of parts, as well as other functions including but not limited to planning and forecasting, reliability improvements, engineering maintenance, and design control affecting these parts.

Purpose: This agency proposes this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies can provide any items that have been determined to be sole source to Pratt & Whitney. The list of NSNs is attached to this notice.
Objective: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to support the objectives by responding to this notice.
All responses received, with information attached, by the notice response date of May 7, 2025, will be considered by the Government. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received in response to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
