SYSNOPSIS of PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION:
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Picatinny, New Jersey Detachment intends to solicit a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), 5 year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Supply solicitation which will be 100% small business set-aside for the MK 38 Alteration Installation Team (AIT). It is anticipated that this contract will be a Singe Award supporting FY25-29 requirements. This AIT procurement will include installation of Ship Alterations (S/A), Ship Change Documents (SCD(s)), Ordnance Alterations (ORDALT(s)) and system repairs as related to the MK 38 MGS on U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard Vessels, and authorized Foreign Military Sales customers. Due to the complex and ever-changing nature of ship(s) availability, task orders will be issued at the time of need.
