This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements and the availability of small businesses capable of providing this support. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of contractors capable of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to maintain and service the currently installed Lenel Security Systems for the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), Corry Station, Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) with a NAICS code of 561621 and size standard of 22.0 million dollars. For further details, please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) with this Sources Sought Synopsis. Please pay special attention to section 1.5 General Requirements of the PWS in ensure all requisite skills, certification, and response times can be met to fulfil the requirement. All required certifications must be current and valid. Vendors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to respond to this sources sought notice/request for information via the submission of a technical capabilities statement. Submissions should include the following information (1) Vendor name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address. (2) DUNS number, Cage Code, business size and classification under NAICS 561621. (3) Capability statement displaying the vendor’s ability to provide the required supply, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar item within the last five (5) years. This relevant past performance information should identify the applicable contract number; total contract dollar amount and a customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and e-mail address. (4) Feedback, if any, to the draft PWS including suggestions that might enhance competition, improve the clarity of the requirement, or any other ideas that could result in an improved product. NOTE: Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the contents of this announcement will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. The technical capabilities statement provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice is NOT to be considered a response to Request for Proposal (RFQ) in that no RFQ exists at this time.
