This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to support market research in identifying sources capable of providing the system capabilities and requirements. Interested vendors must reply to the notice by following instructions stated in the attached RFI #2. Please read carefully and respond by the closing date/time of this notice. Your questions and comments should also be include in your response and not to be emailed directly to the POC.
The government is seeking performance-based single or multiple firm-fixed priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) with a five (5) year period of performance (POP). Individual Task Order (TO) will be issued for each task area and the specific scope (TO PWS) will be based on the support required at a DLA site(s). This acquisition is for ESS and EKC systems including new or upgraded systems (hardware) and related support services to maintain the systems described in attached IESS PWS. ESS Software is being acquired under a separate requirement and PWS is available upon request.
Scope: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking support for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Key Control Systems (EKC) at multiple DLA locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This effort includes integrated tasks for Information Technology (IT) and other support of Operational Technology (OT) for ESS and EKC systems throughout the system lifecycle. Task areas for the support is listed below.

- Task 3 - ESS Acquisition and Build Support
- Task 4 - EKC Design, Acquisition and Build Support
- Task 5 – ESS and EKC Sustainment and Maintenance Support
