The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific, Joint Base Lewis McChord Health Contracting Branch is issuing this sources sought notice for informational purposes only. The notice is a means of conducting market research to identify industry’s capabilities.
The Madigan Army Medical Center Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services requires a Hospital Provider Surgical Scheduling System License. The system must meet the minimum salient characteristics outlined below:
-System must be a Cloud based On-call advanced provider scheduling system that does not require installation onto government computers/system and does not require a Defense Health Agency Approval To Operate (ATO).
-Must be capable of being managed by central POC for administration of up to 100 End-user licenses.
-Requires mangers ability to schedule. Requires end-user schedule viewing and ability to request time-off and swaps via web browser and must be compatible with mobile (iOS and Android) application(s).
- Ability to collect data and consolidate information in easy to run reports, including but not limited to, scheduled shifts by type, surgeries by type, assignments of shifts vs expected for surgeries. Custom built reports to track all the different assignments, holidays/On-call shifts worked etc.
-Must track and retain data from at least previous two calendar years. Data can be used to ensure equity in shift assignments among staff and to ensure proper amount of staffing is available for scheduled ORs.
- Advanced scheduling progam assistance to decrease scheduler time to make schedule.
-The contractor must be able to maintain a fully functioning system with 98% system uptime.
-The contractor must staff a 24-hour hotline for system support.
This sources sought notice is not a solicitation for quotations, proposals nor invitation for bids. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities and qualifications statement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation nor award a contract under this announcement. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-Wide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
