HQ AMC Fall Industry Panels 2025: FIP Capability Pre-Screen Form
Agency: Department of the Air Force
Office: Air Mobility Command (AMC)
Description: The 2025 Fall Industry Panels (FIP) will take place at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee from 5 to 6 November 2025. Registration information will follow with an amendment to this announcement.
As a new process, AMC A5/8IE will be collecting FIP Capability Pre-screen forms to determine FIP speaker eligibility based on company product and/or service applicability to AMC priorities and capability gaps as determined by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) internal to AMC. We expect that this new pre-screening process will assist in narrowing our focus at the FIP to be considerate of time to all companies and SMEs while determining AMC’s higher interest areas. While all industry partners are welcome to attend the FIP, this process will be used to determine who will be presenting at the Fall Industry Panels. There are 80 total speaking slots that are expected to be filled. Each time slot is scheduled for 45-minute intervals.
In the interest of effort and time, this form will provide a pre-screening for company capabilities tailored to AMC’s determined priorities and capabilities gaps. This will involve submitting the attached form to the HQ AMC Industry Engagement inbox email with company information, selection of the priorities / AMC Spring Industry Preview 2025 Capability Gap(s) your company’s product or service will answer, a text summary of the product or service, and the option to attach up to two graphics for further explanation of the product or service.
Upon receipt, our team will provide these forms to our subject matter experts, who will review to determine if your company will present at the FIP, route through our standard Mobility Industry Liaison Office (MILO) process, or if your company/organization capability summary does not fit within the AMC 2025 priorities or capability gap areas.
If the SMEs are unable to determine the AMC routing based on the submission of the pre-screen form, AMC may request additional capability information to make the determination. This request will come from the HQ AMC Industry Engagement Office.
Attachment: If interested in presenting at the FIP, the attached form should be filled and returned to HQ AMC Industry Engagement at HQ.AMC.IndustryEngagement@us.af.mil. Proprietary information submitted through this form will receive the standard protection afforded to such information. Please use the top and bottom sections to indicate “CUI” to afford the document proprietary information protection, and place “CUI” before any sentence containing such information. If a company statement on proprietary information is to be included, you may add it to the response email, and it will be maintained alongside the document to not detract from writing space in your capability summary. You may also combine it as a secondary page to the PDF.
Due Date: To be considered, this form must be returned to HQ AMC Industry Engagement at HQ.AMC.IndustryEngagement@us.af.mil on or before 22 August 2025.
