Specifications include, but are not limited to:The contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials to complete each service according to a schedule provided by Denver Public Schools. This schedule is subject to change based on building activity and or Denver Public Schools program needs. 2. The contractor shall utilize dust containment methods while performing screening services if possible. The removal of all black marks and surface marks from the top layer of finish is necessary prior to applying gym floor seal; contractors shall consult with Denver Public Schools administration prior to applying floor seal in cases where marks are still visible. 3. Denver Public Schools will require two (2) coats of water based seal be applied per service. Contractors shall only use the approved products as indicated in exhibit “A”. All applicable cleaning and preparation should be in accordance with manufacture instructions when applying the first and second coats of finish. A.
