This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a fee limited Design Master Service Agreement (MSA) to shortlist eligible Consultant to a term limited On-Call Service contract to support Amtrak’s Railyards and Facilities Projects and Programs with small to medium size designs. The selected firms are expected to provide services of the general nature described herein to support Amtrak with existing site condition discovery and analysis, maintenance facility operational studies, conceptual designs, Design Development and Construction Document which could include Design/Build Bridging Documents, or 100% Final Design and Construction Phase Services. These various phases of work effort will be to support projects at various sites throughout Amtrak’s network.
