(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.

(vii) Description of Requirement
The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a 5 year agreement for Timber Stand Improvement (TSI) services for the US Forest Service within the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest and the Ottawa National Forest. TSI services will be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Issuance of a BPA does not obligate the Government to purchase TSI services. Once BPAs are established, individual calls (orders) may be issued to those vendors with BPAs as specific projects are identified by the Government. See the Supplemental Terms and Conditions section for information on how calls will be issued. Applicable Federal Wage Determinations will be included in each order.
