The U.S Army requires contractor support to train force protection personnel in various firearm, driving, and medical skills. The Government intends to issue a single award Requirements Contract that will have four additional ordering periods (option years). . TRAINING MUST OCCUR IN CONUS.
- The Government will be using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach to evaluate quotes. The successful quoter’s training plan/schedule must address all training requirements detailed in section 5 of the attached Performance Work Statement. Price will also be evaluated. In this case, the contractor shall provide a price per student for each training class. Price shall be broken down by groups of students (10-15, 16-20, 20-25) and then averaged and totaled to derive a total price. Contractors shall complete the price schedule included with this RFQ and return it with their final quote. NOTE: all though the 1449 includes SUBClins these are informational and do not need to be priced.
