1. This project is a design-build by the bidder, confirming to encompass all working parts of the school that would require fire detection and alerting. 2. The installing company will need to obtain any local and state approvals and permits and follow all codes and rules that would be enforced by governing agencies. 3. The school has multiple floors and currently has a Simplex 4002 FACP zone detection system. Current School Fire Protection Map 4. Prairie View Matterport Link 5. This school is on a well and has three rooms that are protected by a sprinkler system. 6. This school has one air handler in the basement and four air handlers on the 2nd floor. 7. This school does have a kiln on the second floor by the art room. 8. This school does currently have a suppression hood in the kitchen. Please, figure this into the project. There is a possibility that this hood fire protection would be removed with AHJ approval if the gas cooking top is removed from service. 9. The main panel can be designed to be in a different location other than the basement if that makes sense, the location would need to be approved by the owner. The remote annunciator panel should remain outside the main office near custodial closet 141. 10. Bidder would work with Milwaukee alarm to incorporate all monitoring and communication with 911.
