The project requires identifying novel biomarkers by characterizing exosome associated small RNAs from tissue culture media, serum, or other patient biofluids. They should be able to do RNA quality, purity, RNA integrity, and concentration check. Sequencing library preparation and data analysis.
Number of Samples: 75 samples
The exosome miRNA biomarker discovery project will help understand pathogenesis and disease progression along with diagnostic markers for different strains of HIV. The newly identified miRNA will be further validated inhibitory studies. These observations will help to identify strain-specific miRNA further.
