(2) Subject. Eagle RD Hog Fire Cut, Skid & Deck for Site Preparation
(3) Description. The USDA FS Lassen National Forest has a requirement to secure services to mechanically treat standing dead fuels for the purpose of fuels reduction and site preparation of the Hog Fire Salvage Sale within the Hog Fire area.

(12) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal meeting will be conducted 31 May 2022 at 1000 PT. Offerors interested in participating should reference item 5 of the solicitation terms for more details.

(16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is 27 June 2022 through 28 June 2023. The start work date will be dependent upon weather and environmental conditions and will begin post the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

(19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for award of this multi-year contract.
The awarded Contractor must have an active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 prior to award.
