Renovation: CPMD met with the Standing Rock Senior Center to plan the project, draft a Scope of Work, and identify necessary equipment for this project. 3. Field-verify all equipment prior to ordering and installation PROJECT OVERVIEW The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing flat roof structure and construct a new pitched roof system. The work also includes installation of new rooftop HVAC heating and cooling combination units with ductwork cleaning, demolition and installation of a new suspended ceiling system, and replacement of all light fixtures. All work shall be done according to applicable building codes, manufacturer specifications, and energy efficient standards. PROJECT SCOPE BASE BID 1. DEMOLITION – FLAT ROOF a. Remove and dispose of all existing flat roof materials including TPO, insulation, flashing, and roof accessories, down to structural deck. b. Disconnect and remove existing HVAC units, ductwork, and related components. c. Cap and seal all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing connections to be reused or reconfigured. d. Remove all roof drains and penetrations not compatible with the new roof system. e. Protect existing interior finishes, walls, and floors during demolition operations.
