The services required under this contract include third-party Design, Construction, and Post Acceptance phase Commissioning (Cx), Measurement and Verification (M&V), Re-Commissioning (RCx), and Retro-Commissioning (RCx) services, for various U.S. military facilities projects to verify compliance with Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), design requirements, user intent, and U.S. and Host Nation codes and standards with the primary goal to verify fully functional systems that can be properly operated and maintained during the useful life of the facility.
Requested Information from Responder: Please include at least three commissioning projects completed within the last 3 to 5 years. Include the agency which supported the commissioning project, the location of the project and the contract number. Also, include your business size.
