Specifications include, but are not limited to: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed bids for Clerk of Courts Winter Park Courthouse at Metric Drive (Y23-778); Construction renovation services for the newly acquired Orange County building, to serve as the new Orange County Winter Park Courthouse location. The Contractor shall supervise and direct the work efficiently and with his best skill and attention. He shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedure of construction, unless otherwise specified. The Contractor shall be responsible to see that the finished Work complies accurately with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall keep on the site at all times during its progress a competent, resident superintendent who shall not be replaced without written notice to the Project Manager. The superintendent will be the Contractor's representative at the site and shall have authority to act on behalf of the Contractor.
